بدأت فكرة إنشاء شركة نابوليا بهدف توفير كيان تصنيعى كبير ذات إمكانيات كبيرة ليكون بمثابة مصنع متكامل لكل من يعمل بقطاع الأثاث بمختلف الأنشطة. منذ بداية الإنشاء فى 1998 إكتسبت الشركة ثقة العملاء المختلفين من مصنعين و مصممين و مستوردين و خلافه حيث تعتمد الشركة فى تعاملها مع العملاء بمبدأ " النزاهة" فنحن نقدر عملاؤنا و نسعى فقط لتحقيق مصالحهم فليس هدفنا منافسة أى من عملاءنا بل هدفنا توسيع نطاق عملهم وتوفير الدورة التصنيعية و التنفيذية كاملة بداية من توفير الخامات و الإكسسوارات و تشكيلها أو تنفيذ التصميم و التركيب و خلافه.
